We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Operations Director to join our team at Gpac. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operational management of Business Operations.
About the Role:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job Description: This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong background in commercial HVAC operations, finance, and organizational development. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and other stakeholders to develop and execute an annual Operational Plan that meets strategic and operational goals.
- Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a senior operations role, with extensive multi-leveled experience with best practices, policies, and procedures in the HVAC field.
- Requirements: A degree or college diploma in business, technical, or management, as well as a Jouryman License or Red Seal HVAC Refrigeration Certification/License. Gas B Ticket is a plus.
