Job Description
In this role, you'll work with valued commercial customers to provide expert technical support and guidance on building efficiency and sustainability. You'll join our industry-leading Commercial HVAC sales team and collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services.
As an Associate Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Selling our complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Working with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all areas of emphasis).
- Canadian citizenship or the legal right to work in Canada without sponsorship.
- A valid driver's license with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary of $75,600 CAD, comprehensive benefits, and programs that support your professional and personal growth. During the 5-month training program, you'll receive lodging, a daily stipend, and relocation assistance. After completing the program, you'll assume a Hybrid work schedule with 3 days of onsite work per week in a predetermined office location.
