Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Branch Manager to lead our operations in Western Canada and the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to capitalize on new markets while maintaining our position as a dominant player in the sheet metal HVAC market.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including sales and marketing, customer service, human resources, inventory management, occupational health and safety, purchasing, and financial functions. They will be accountable for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- 5-7 years of direct branch leadership experience with a proven track record of success
- A degree or college diploma in Administration, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Management
- Strong financial and business acumen, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
