Job Description

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company objectives
  • Establish priorities and oversee the implementation of established procedures to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage administrative tasks and activities, including planning and co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Train staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resources


Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
