About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk 3 with Vital Statistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective client service by registering vital events, responding to requests for various vital statistics products and services, and maintaining accurate records.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Client Service: Communicate with external and internal departments to collect and verify information to process requests, provide direction and information to stakeholders, and respond to complex inquiries.
  • Record Management: Register vital events, issue certificates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Compose written correspondence, respond to email inquiries, and prepare routine form letters.
  • Confidentiality: Handle requests of a sensitive nature with tact and respect for confidentiality of information contained in Vital Statistics records.
Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require 4 years of related experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and experience working with data entry. You must also be able to perform multiple tasks in a confident manner, have good listening skills, and work cooperatively in a team setting.
