Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at World Wide Furniture Limited.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their complaints and concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and assistance to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics of customer interactions
  • Perform general office duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Receive and log customer complaints and feedback
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
