About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience. Whether greeting visitors, answering calls, or assisting with administrative tasks, your positive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure our dealership runs smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Phone and Scheduling: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, provide information, and schedule appointments for sales, service, and other departments.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, data entry, and general office tasks to support sales and service teams.
  • Appointment Management: Manage and confirm appointments for customers, keeping track of scheduling changes and ensuring all departments are informed.
  • Customer Guidance: Guide customers to the appropriate department or staff member, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Waiting Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting waiting area, offering refreshments to clients while they wait.
  • Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute mail and assist with outgoing communications.
  • Customer Records: Help maintain accurate customer records and process necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
  • Language: Bilingualism in both English and Mandarin.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, professional appearance, and a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment, experience with phone systems, computers, and office equipment.
