About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at FCM Travel.

Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day travel needs of corporate business accounts, including:

  • Assisting in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.
  • Following company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • Working as a team member and assisting other agents as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Providing solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Is customer-focused and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver an amazing client experience.
  • Obsesses over details, takes pride in being organized, and can juggle competing priorities with the ability to quickly shift gears when needed.
  • Has outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Is a problem solver who thinks outside of the box to provide creative solutions.

  • Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also produce quality work independently.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Is tech-savvy, with 2 years' experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred), confident using Microsoft suite, and comfortable learning new software.
