Overview:

We are in search of a Diabetes Clinical Specialist (DCS) to enhance our integrated Diabetes Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will deliver training and support to Physicians, Health Care Providers (HCPs), and Diabetes Clinics across diverse environments. Your contributions will play a crucial role in aiding patients in their diabetes management through advanced pump technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and uphold robust clinical expertise while providing training, support, and resources related to our Medtronic Diabetes products.
  • Assist the Territory Sales Manager in the education of Physicians, HCPs, and Patients.
  • Utilize evidence-based research to inform and educate Healthcare Professionals.
  • Guide and support HCPs in the application of our technology in patient care.
  • Continuously mentor certified product trainers within the region.
  • Collaborate effectively as a member of the Regional team.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding training and educational capabilities.
  • Experience in patient education and training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Educational Background:

Registered Nurse or Registered Dietitian with an active license.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Certified Diabetes Educator is preferred.
  • Flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Diabetes sector and Insulin Pump Technology.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation:

Base Salary Range: 77K - 115K
