About the Role

The Business Development Representative is a key player in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
