Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Light House Fresh and Tasty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Client Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and build strong relationships with key clients.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English.
