Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
