Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Light House Fresh and Tasty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of our facilities, ensuring that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs efficiently and effectively.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate our team members to ensure that they are working to their full potential.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
