Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MassLynx Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to delegate tasks and ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
