Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information between patients, physicians, and staff members.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and ensure that all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Prepare and distribute medical reports and correspondence to patients and healthcare providers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, and staff members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 5 years or more of experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and staff members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Our office is a fast-paced environment with a large caseload. You will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
