Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information between patients, physicians, and staff members.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and ensure that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare and distribute medical reports and correspondence to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering supplies.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, and staff members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years or more of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and staff members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
