Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality control standards and are prepared according to our recipes and procedures.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of food and supplies.
- Train and develop food service staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, food service, or a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other duties as required.
