Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in food service management an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
