Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Assist with menu planning and implementation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
