We are seeking an experienced Health & Benefits Associate Director to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Identifying client preferences, trends, and patterns to develop effective solutions.
2. Creating demand and expanding existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
3. Leading and developing client service teams to achieve business objectives.
4. Fostering strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
5. Providing advanced consulting support, carrier management, and implementation oversight.

What We're Looking For

We require:

1. 8+ years' experience in a consulting or brokerage environment or similar experience in a consultative role at a carrier or vendor.
2. Proven track record of creating, managing, and expanding client relationships.
3. Demonstrated expertise and business acumen that has driven client acquisition and expansion.
4. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
5. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Provincial Life and Health license required within 180 days of joining.
7. CEBS designation, or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training desired.
