Job Overview

This is a full-time position involving general suite maintenance with duties including:

  • Maintaining building exterior and grounds
  • Diagnosing and repairing basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues
  • Inspecting and repairing building interior, monitoring mechanical equipment and chemicals
  • Painting and drywall repairs, mudding and taping

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of various building maintenance trades and relevant experience
  • General knowledge of appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Benefits and Requirements

This employer requires all employees to pass a criminal background check. The normal work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
