Climate Action Operations Specialist

About the role:The Operations Coordinator supports and streamlines operational activities ensuring seamless project execution, processes, and administrative functions. This role works closely with the Operations and Sales departments to support overall company efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Operations team.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
- Update and maintain accurate records of operational and sensitive financial data.
- Add contracts into our database and review details for accuracy.
- Support tree order data within the platform.
- Create and document workflows, communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
- Communicate with customers and vendors via email, phone, and video to resolve operational issues.
Professional Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel).
- Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot (or other CRM), and Guru is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
