The Role

As an Operations Coordinator at veritree, you will be responsible for supporting and streamlining the operational activities of the organization. This role ensures the seamless execution of projects, processes, and administrative functions. You will work closely with the Operations and Sales departments to support the overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations team.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate records of operational and sensitive financial data.
  • Add contracts into our database and review details for accuracy.
  • Assist with tree order data within our platform.
Workflow and Process Optimization
  • Document and implement workflows while communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and propose improvements.
  • Identify areas for automation improvement.
Customer and Vendor Support
  • Communicate via email, phone, and video with customers and vendors as necessary to resolve operational issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel).
  • Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot (or other CRM), and Guru is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 CAD per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
