Commercial Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Condominium Insurance Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients, and assisting producers in obtaining and maintaining business.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage a renewal book of business, working closely with producers and other staff to provide exceptional client service, marketing, and renewal support.
- Client Service: Initiate account planning with producers 100 days in advance of renewal, maintain a retention rate of 95% or higher, and provide same-day response times to clients and business partners.
- New Business Development: Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, contributing to meeting departmental production goals and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals for prospect and stewardship reviews for existing clients, ensuring accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.
- Risk Analysis: Review clients' current coverage and exposures, loss experience, and analyze risk to determine product/service requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date EPIC workflow documentation and ensure workflows are followed.
- Client Relationships: Maintain positive working relationships with clients, staff, other departments, and offices.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance experience required.
- Licenses: R.I.B.O. license required.
- Designations: C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation(s) preferred.
- Skills: Client development/relationship management experience, solid understanding of policy wordings/coverages, ability to mentor others, and strong negotiation skills.
- Education: Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC.
