Eddyfi Technologies, a leading designer and manufacturer of remotely operated inspection and non-destructive testing systems, is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. The company offers high-performance NDT solutions for various industries.

Job Description

The Business Partner will contribute to all human resources efforts and programs for the company and provide an advisory role to employees and managers. Reporting directly to the Business Partnerships Manager, Talent & Culture, the Business Partner will intervene at different decision-making levels and participate in talent & culture initiatives. As Eddyfi Technologies has several subsidiaries abroad, the holder of this position must have an interest in working and evolving in an international context.

Daily Life as a Business Partner
  • Act strategically with the management team, employees, and managers to drive business success.
  • Support managers through coaching in their relationships with their employees and advise them on legal obligations, internal policies, and human resources management.
  • Contribute to the development of global talent & culture programs, including consultation, communication, and change management.
  • Implement various talent & culture processes and programs to maintain Eddyfi Technologies' status as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate closely with other talent & culture professionals globally on various projects.
  • Advise managers on workforce planning, departmental structure, and succession plans.
  • Maintain regular talent & culture indicators and propose appropriate solutions based on the results.
  • Promote Eddyfi values and culture.
Local Management Responsibilities
  • Ensure local recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • IDentify and manage mandatory and regulatory training needs.
  • Manage social relations with the CSE and organize professional elections.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation, and legal compliance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of local legislation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus five paid holidays during the close of business for the holiday season and three floating holidays per year.
