About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Eddyfi Technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our human resources efforts and programs, providing strategic guidance and advisory support to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, working strategically to drive business results through effective talent management, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Support the development of global talent & culture programs, including consultation, communication, and change management.
  • Local Management: Ensure local recruitment in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team, identify and manage mandatory training needs, and manage social relations with the CSE and organization of professional elections.
Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent management, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation, and legal compliance.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and local legislation.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) during the close of business for the holiday season.
  • Three floating holidays per year.
