We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at Edgewood Health Network Inc. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with a dynamic and supportive team, driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

About the Role

This is an excellent chance to leverage your expertise in consultative selling and customer relationship management to drive business results. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to drive sales success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of mental health services and addiction treatment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and other stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Provide information on programs and services available within the Edgewood Health Network or provide referrals to external providers as appropriate
  • Act as liaison for community referral agents, advising of client arrival and providing documentation as needed
  • Participate in ongoing treatment planning and evaluation of clients and their care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, with a proven track record of results
  • Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce
  • Evenings and weekends availability required

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
