About the Role

Fork and Farm Catered Events is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menus
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
