We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Uncorked Wine Tasting Room Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared to our standards
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Plan and execute special events and menus as required
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
