Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at CANMORE ROSE & CROWN. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting our head chef in preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the head chef in menu planning and preparation.
  • Oversee the daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Train new staff members in food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal usage.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • Diploma or certification in culinary arts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
