Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at ALBION MEATS.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and records, and implementing procedures to ensure efficient and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Implement and enforce food safety and handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and menu planning.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a culinary leadership role.
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
