We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Motimahal Restaurant.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 1-2 years of experience in food service management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Job Description

The Culinary Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for realization
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
