Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in culinary arts and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and presented to our customers.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards, and managing budgets and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
  • Manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality food is prepared and presented.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of supplies and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
