Job Summary

Aseer Time Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Food Services Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
  • Recruit and train staff to meet restaurant needs
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

The successful candidate will have experience recruiting and supporting newcomers and refugees in the workplace.

Support for Youths and Mature Workers

The ideal candidate will have experience providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and mature workers.

Work Term: Permanent
