Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee project phases from design development to construction period services. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with project coordination teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in the North American architectural industry.
  • Broad skill set, including at least 3 years of project management or project coordination experience on various projects between $1-10 million.
  • PMP designation an asset.
  • Good knowledge of the Alberta Building code.
  • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building technology, including wood frame, steel, and concrete construction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
Salary Range

$75k - $95k depending on experience.
