Ricki's is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store.

The Role

  • Provide great customer service and use your developed sales skills to help customers find the perfect fit.
  • Work as a team to ensure our store is a welcoming and inviting environment for everyone.
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values.
  • Perform point of sales transactions and merchandising tasks.
  • Support coworkers by sharing knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers.
  • Secure company assets through strong loss prevention awareness.
