Business Development Representative

Qualicare Homecare is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Newmarket. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales referrals for home care solutions by networking with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans with the administrator
- Plan and create business development opportunities and execute community marketing initiatives
- Attend community events and networking opportunities and conduct in-services and presentations
- Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
- Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
- Establish working rapport with healthcare professionals, networking groups, and potential referral sources within a designated territory
- Identify new business opportunities and create and build proposals
- Manage sales accounts and meet financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
- Participate in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness
- Track all key marketing and sales metrics in pursuit of client targets
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Has a vehicle with a valid driver's license and car insurance
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Detail oriented
- Has a sales & marketing background in homecare
