About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Development Representative to join our Enterprise segment team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to set qualified meetings for our Account Executives
  • Qualify accounts/prospects based on set criteria and identify their needs/challenges
  • Suggest appropriate products/services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Reschedule/follow up with prospects if meetings do not occur
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to handle rejection and persevere in the face of obstacles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus, but not required
  • Coach-ability and a team-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Fluency in French is a must
