Job SummaryLeah's Automotive is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents; receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic inquiries; working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases; sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents; processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically; sending and receiving messages; performing basic bookkeeping tasks; preparing invoices and bank deposits; performing data entry; filing material in storage areas; labeling files according to retention and disposal schedules; labeling, filing, and retrieving documents; locating and removing files requested; preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets; storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.
- Office Administration: You will be responsible for maintaining our office environment, including administrative and office activities, and providing general administrative support to our management team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering system knowledge is required.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
