SB 2 Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your duties will include establishing efficient work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, and training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply needs, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customer complaints. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish efficient work schedules
* Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* English language proficiency
