We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high-quality dining experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
