Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that customers receive exceptional service.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supplier Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality for ingredients and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
