Industrial Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) to fill a critical role at Manpower Services Canada Limit. This opportunity presents itself with a competitive salary of $65,000 per year.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and 2 years of experience in machinery installation, service, repair, overhaul, and machine set-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble mechanical equipment and stationary industrial machinery.
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective machinery parts and estimate costs and materials.
- Operate machining tools to fabricate parts and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Install machinery and equipment and commission systems and components.
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification.
- Construction Millwright Trade Certification.
- Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement.
- Automated and robotic systems.
- Conveyors.
- Fans and blowers.
- Industrial and stationary engines.
- Start-up and testing.
- Shutdown operations.
- Troubleshooting.
- Bearing, seals and packing.
- Stainless steel welding.
- Laser levelling/aligning.
- Wiring.
- Criminal record check.
- Own transportation.
- Handling heavy loads.
- Physically demanding work environment.
