Industrial Machinery Specialist

At Manpower Services Canada Limit, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Machinery Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Millwright to work with our company.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in assembling mechanical equipment, stationary industrial machinery, and troubleshooting irregularities and malfunctions. They will also be responsible for repairing or replacing defective machinery parts, estimating costs and materials, operating machining tools to fabricate parts, programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and installing machinery and equipment.
We are looking for someone who has obtained the Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification, Construction Millwright Trade Certification, or Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement. Experience with welding techniques such as oxy-acetylene welding (OAW) and flux core arc welding (FCAW) is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work under pressure. They must also be physically demanding and able to handle heavy loads.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a noisy environment. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work overtime when necessary.
