- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, IT, and the dealer network, to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
- Manage the loyalty customer universe, ensuring accurate data integration and management within the loyalty platform.
- Drive the development and enhancement of digital products associated with the Triangle Program, such as the Triangle App and its placement/integration on our web properties and marketing programs.
- Lead the team responsible for generating reports and analysis related to the Triangle campaigns, with a particular emphasis on tracking customer response and digital engagement of the customer within Customer Journeys and across the entire Customer Lifecycle.
- 15+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a retail or loyalty program environment with a strong understanding of loyalty programs and their impact on customer behavior.
- Proven ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity and to help CTC take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing analytical and technical teams, delivering impactful data products and insights.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation methodologies, customer segmentation modeling, and campaign measurement.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages to create models, data products and/or digital capabilities and products.
- Experience managing technical teams leveraging Agile methodology for ongoing product development and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
