Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts to develop and deliver data products and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, IT, and the dealer network, to deliver seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
  • Manage the loyalty customer universe, ensuring accurate data integration and management within the loyalty platform.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of digital products associated with the Triangle Program, such as the Triangle App and its placement/integration on our web properties and marketing programs.
  • Lead the team responsible for generating reports and analysis related to the Triangle campaigns, with a particular emphasis on tracking customer response and digital engagement of the customer within Customer Journeys and across the entire Customer Lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within a retail or loyalty program environment with a strong understanding of loyalty programs and their impact on customer behavior.
  • Proven ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity and to help CTC take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing analytical and technical teams, delivering impactful data products and insights.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation methodologies, customer segmentation modeling, and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages to create models, data products and/or digital capabilities and products.
  • Experience managing technical teams leveraging Agile methodology for ongoing product development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
