About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Analytics to join our team at RAPP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our analytics capabilities and ensuring that our clients receive best-in-class insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data-driven strategies to optimize multi-touch point marketing programs across all forms of paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Define data, decisioning, and measurement strategies to drive business outcomes and inform marketing decision-making.
  • Manage a team of data analysts and scientists to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytical deliverables.
  • Develop and present executive-level content to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Marketing, Social Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in digital analytics, database marketing, and statistical analysis.
  • Working knowledge of digital measurement technology, social/digital listening tools, and data science techniques.
