Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Amayra Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to record release
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with spreadsheets and MS Office
  • Willingness to relocate for this position
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area and will be required to work 35 hours per week. The position is permanent and offers a health care plan.
