End User Support Coordinator – Co-op Program

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance agent training programs to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to prioritize case backlogs and optimize ticket assignment.
  • Conduct data entry tasks, including input for accuracy audits and summarizing monthly reporting metrics on tool performance.

You will have opportunities to learn and grow, working closely with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members to enhance support services. Whether you are an experienced co-op or a first-year student, we seek motivated and detail-oriented individuals to help support and improve our EUS programs and procedures.
