About the Role

Frequentis Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounting and finance tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing, and expense reports
  • Coordinate with human resources on recruitment activities, reference checks, and employee records
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Manage office supplies inventory and perform general clerical duties
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, or in person
Requirements
  • College diploma in business administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Good working knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
  • Eligible for Reliability Security Clearance
  • Fluently bilingual French/English
