Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Professional Book Fairs. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as needed, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
