The Role

The HR Lead, HRBP, will be part of the HR Business Partner team, reporting to the HR Director, Oxford. The Lead, HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  1. Providing strategic HR support to a variety of businesses across the Oxford Properties portfolio
  2. Supporting the Director, HRBP in areas of data reporting and analysis, talent management, succession planning, and resource planning
  3. Supporting key business-driven talent initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  1. Aligning with senior HRBP and/or business leaders in the creation and execution of overall data-driven business strategies
  2. Translating business needs into HR plans and programs
  3. Supporting HR cyclical processes including talent review, employee experience survey, year-end, and development planning
  4. Working directly with mid to senior-level leaders on less complex issues
  5. Preparing materials to support various HR functions
  6. Providing recommendations to the Communities of Expertise (COE) on key talent programs
  7. Leading the analysis of HR metrics
  8. Participating in cross-functional projects
  9. Participating in HR learning and development initiatives
  10. Other related activities and/or special projects as assigned
